Protection of Consumer Rights

For the attention of all water consumers!

In case of a request towards a customer of any kind from the company or any employee of teh company, the customer has the right to request the legislative basis of this request (with direction to the relevant legislative act, article or/and paragraph). Employees of the company must pass the whole information regarding the water supply system to the consumer and define the rights and responsibilities of the company and also of the company’s consumers. The consumers of the company can address the Public Defender of consumer rights together with the National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission or the Response Service about the complaints in case of violation by the company’s employees where they receive no response to complaints
